I need a studio to rent

I’m a photographer doing nude and boudoir, and while having a private studio sounds great, im just not quiet there yet. I’m looking for $300 to $500 rental. Anyone have any suggestions on where to look? Only requirement is decent natural light

Edit) I’m looking for rent monthly for this. Not per session anymore.
