I NEED a place to study !!

Im a college student taking courses to get ahead in the summer, unfortunately while back home I find my house often far too loud and distracting , I would usually confide in any library near by but I find it that most of closed due to the 4th of July weekend. Dear Houstonians I IMPLORE you I need anywhere that is indoors, has wifi , ideally free parking, a place to plug stuff in , and a whiteboard would be perfect but not a dealbreaker . Im trying to spend most of the day there Tommrow so anything open late is preferred . Please help a brother out
