I Need a Haircut Hero! My Girlfriend Got a Disaster Cut—Can Anyone Fix It?

My girlfriend just got a truly tragic haircut in Houston, and she’s devastated. She went in for a nice cut as a treat after finding out she tore her ACL, and somehow walked out with a disaster after spending $100.

I’m looking for a stylist/magician in Houston who can salvage this. Does anyone have a go-to hair wizard who can fix disasters and turn them into something beautiful?
