I need a food coach or some type of food rehab
I know the many consequences of overeating. (diabetes, it being super hard to walk, not being able to drive, and so much more) I'm even suffering from some of the consequences already. (being overweight, I'm 5"3 and 290ish) I've used self-control for food before and I've exercised for food before, but it's become so hard especially because the people around me are not health conscious. I know this may sound harsh or abusive or inhumane to some people, but I wish I had someone who would deny me food. I wish I had someone that would tell me I can't eat. Because right now I don't have that and I can get food pretty much whenever I want and that sucks. There are about 6 fast food places in walking distance of my apartments and about 4 gas stations within in walking distance to my apartments, so it is VERY easy for me to get access to fast food. I'd be willing to go vegan. I just need the temptations away from me for a while until I can gain a stronger resistance. I live in Houston, Texas. Can anyone be my food regulator?
TLDR: This is basically an application saying that I need healthy people in my life or even people willing to deny me food.
Edit to add: I've seen some episodes My 600 pound Life. I'm happy for those people, but I am not the type of person that can do mind over matter about food. A lot of y'all are saying to go to therapist or dietitian. I think they will tell me stuff I already know. The only new things they could tell me are meal plans, but it's not like I'd follow them. It's hard for me to resist junk food and overeating because I may go the day being healthy but I'm borderline insomniac so I end up eating at night. Also I live with my parents and they argue every day. Of course that's stressful and probably plays a big part of me turning to food. I've talked to them about it but they just will not be helpful and they keep bringing junk home. They are overweight too. But the least they can do is eat and keep their junk in their car. Also I just don't see how any of the ways people have mentioned can help me. I need someone I can go to at basically anytime not something that I can only access once a week or once a month.
