I need a car, and I need it fast. However, my situation doesn’t make it easy. Probably impossible.

Hello all,

I struggled with an addiction that I used to cope with sexual abuse that happened to me when I was 15. I am a couple months sober and am recovering.

I am fortunate enough to land a solid IT job. However, my past decisions have lead to a pathetic credit score and no money to my name.

Bless my mother who has remained supportive of me even after all the suffering I’ve put the family through. However, I’d rather not put a burden on her and make her drop/pick me up from work which is around 18 miles away.

I’d like to pull out a car. I don’t have any expenses so I’m dedicated to paying the note along with insurance. My hurdle now however is actually being able to pull one out.

Could any potentially point me in the right direction? I don’t have any pay stubs for proof of income, just my acceptance letter with my new job. I know this is a shot in the dark but I figured I’d try anyways.

Any leads would be appreciated, yall don’t have to tell me what I’m asking for is nearly impossible. If you make it funny though I’d appreciate that :p
