I need a birthday dinner recommendation

So my grandma wants to do a birthday dinner for my grandpa who’s turning 89 this next month and also till I braiding my birthday since we share the same birthday month. There’s gonna be 25 people and she wants to pay for everyone’s entrées, but they have to take care of their own drinks and dessert.

We were planning on going to cheesecake factory, but they don’t take reservations above six which doesn’t make any sense. They said we have to just show up and call 15 minutes ahead and let them know 25 people are coming. It’s ridiculous.

Anybody have any other suggestions? She really wants to keep the cost between $20-$25 per entrée if possible. Also, they are Jamaican and don’t really eat seafood or steak. Thanks!
