I know there is another thread but my feelings about O’Brien have gone 180 degrees for a few reasons

I thought he was an arrogant prick who couldn't relate to players, couldn't empathize and not very likable. This of course is based on the limited knowledge available – game PCs, fan interaction, a few player comments, etc. He genuinely cares about his guys, and he appreciates them. I have gone from wanting them to collapse so he might get fired to really pulling for him. That 14 minutes changed years of perception.

The other thing is the Clowney situation. He is still out there. He's rejected many offers – can't even count (up to four I think). We did the right thing and really couldn't get much more because of his $ demands. Now, look at Martin stepping up and representing the Texans well in the current situation. O'Brien wants solid MEN. I get that now.
