I keep getting toll bills for a car I no longer own

I keep getting toll bills for a car I no longer own. I can't find the bill of sale, nor the info of the guy I sold it to. I have "declared" to the DMV that the car was sold. I have made that tag "inactive" on my HCTRA account. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone else dealt with this situation? Any advice?
