I just saw a man throw up while on Aldine Mail Rt

Was driving on Aldine Mail rt about 30 minutes ago and I saw a large man on the side of the road throwing up. I was wondering if I should have called EMS or something, or was it better to just mind my business and keep driving?

It was very gross. So much liquid was coming out of that man. Hope he is ok.
