I hope I’m wrong, but going into this season with this offensive line feels like malpractice

We lost in the divisional last year because the offensive line couldn’t block a nosebleed. If CJ gets adequate time in the pocket I think we beat KC, everything else equal, even with the officiating. LT might not be a leader but he’s still a damn good pass blocker, possibly the only one that was on our roster, instead of going out and getting a leader, we trade our best lineman and now we have none. Willingly going into the season with the clear worst offensive line, when CJ Stroud, Nico Collins, Joe Mixon, and a top 5 defense in the league is horrible.

Nick has proven to be a smart GM. I have to keep a little faith he believes the problems were due more to Slowik’s scheme that Pop and Caley can fix rather than personnel, so I really hope that’s the case. If anyone else has any koolaid feel free to drop it, but I really don’t see the vision.
