I hear a lot of criticism of Big D Mills, What can Davis Mills do to improve ?

Is Mills in the wrong system ? Pep got him doing RPO but his play action really sucks. Pep got him doing terrible screen plus that didn’t work 10/10 times and kept doing it.

Does anyone else see potential in Mills?
