I hate this EaDo building

Does anyone else in EaDo hate this apartment building? The odd color pattern and the lack of individual balconies really makes me wonder why anyone would chose to rent here. It kinda looks like a prison imho. Then the windows are the cheap, regular sized ones. They could’ve at least put some oversized windows or something.
