I finally found good gumbo in Houston

Gumbo Mama I've been on this quest for a while, trying most on this thread and this is the best I have had so far. its located inside a gas station store on the corner of Calhoun and OST but don't let that put you off. The proprietor, Tina Turner (no lie) is a gem. She does all the cooking and will great you with a smile and a good conversation if you want it. She has a few stools for dine in or will package it up for take out. This is the real deal and I will be going back
