I can’t support Watson anymore.

His character has never been questioned on the football field, because he has won everywhere he has been until now, and he’s not one who shouldn’t be blamed.

At the end of the day, he didn’t perform against the Colts in the playoffs and he didn’t take over when the Texans were reeling against the Chiefs after being up big.

Great players take over. Lebron James took awful Cleveland teams to the finals, Michael Jordan carried teams to the finals. Tom Brady performed with lesser talent and won as did Aaron Rodgers.

He may want to be great, but he won’t obtain greatness running away from this. He’s quitting on Houston period. He signed the contract knowing Jack Easterby, and Cal were running the show. He is using management as an excuse to quit. The outside noise got to him at the end of the day prior to the Cal situation.
