I can’t seem to register to vote

I was wondering if someone here has a similar issue as to me. I was a registered voter from 2018-2019. I voted regularly, but soon got a mail that I need to show proof of identity. It told me that I had to scan my citizenship certificate or passport and send it to an email address or to a provided mail-in address. Naturally I ignored it because it felt like a scam. To my surprise, when I was about to vote for 2020 election, I was not able to vote.

I applied 4 months ago after having DPS scan a copy of my US citizen ship, but didn't hear after 2 months, so I've gotten a new US passport a few months ago and refilled a form to register. When I go to voter registration search, my name wouldn't populate when I go to either current registrations or pending registrations.
