I am interviewing with alliantgroup soon and have only seen negative stuff posted but it is all old. Has this changed or should I stay away?

I have no knowledge about alliantgroup but have only seen negative posts. Does anyone have any insider information? Average hours, pay, etc.? What are the cons?
