I-10 Houston to El Paso

Hey everyone! I’m travelling next weekend from Houston to El Paso, taking I-10. I’d have to drive at night as a single . I wanted to drive during the day, but it just worked out that I can only drive to El Paso at night.

Is I-10 from Houston to El Paso at night a safe drive?
