Hwy 59 hov cops

When are they going to be done busting early morning hov violators at 1960? The ripple effect from rubberneckers goes all the way up to kingwood! They weren’t there last week and I got to work in about 30 minutes. This week it’s at least 50-60. Also, can’t they just use the cameras along the Highway for this purpose instead of setting up a 4 car roadblock with lights blazing? It’s really inconvenient and aggravating.
