Hwy. 146 improvements near Red Bluff Road in Seabrook are delayed
After Seabrook officials in July said improvements to Hwy. 146 near Red Bluff Road could take up to two more months to complete, officials with the Texas Department of Transportation confirmed it may take until closer to the end of the year.
