HVAC estimates by video?

Good morning I am a renter and I’m looking for an estimate from an HVAC person for duct issue. I think I have black mold and I need to have the duct sealed better

Do any contractors conduct video appointments for estimates? I am brand new to Texas and to Houston. Thank you.
