Hurricane shelter for a homeless person?

I can't find anything online. I don't have a car so I don't really know what to do! Homeless shelter isn't an option as they're full. I was thinking of going to one of the hospitals in the TMC area but will they let me stay in the lobby even if I'm not a patient and it's after hours? Any suggestions? Thank you
