Humble ISD approves 3% raises, bumps starting teacher salary to $63.7K

Regardless of the financial challenges school districts are facing statewide, Humble ISD trustees were able to pass a balanced budget for fiscal year 2023-24 that included $16.8 million in employee compensation enhancements.
