Looks like it’s got a pretty interesting past, with the latest being Midway just has it in a holding pattern.

The trademark mentioned in the article expired in 2018 without being used, and it said the space was going to be used for outdoor social events specifically shopping and concerts.

Anyone have any idea what’s going on with it currently? That’s a lot of land to be paying taxes on to just hold onto and wait for the area to gentrify more….
