HUD rebuffs Houston Housing Authority’s initial attempt to dispose of Harvey-damaged Clayton Homes

HHA has been working to find or build new homes for the residents of Clayton Homes near Houston’s EaDo area. Those efforts have run into challenges filed by two local developers, but the latest setback for HHA came from HUD itself.
