HRW restaurants TO GO

Hi this is my second year enjoying HRW! I am very excited to try new restaurants but due to work and being an introvert, there’s limited time and social energy to dine in.

I know HRW website does show what restaurants have TO GO menu – but my experience (based on last year) was some would allow it if asked. Do you know any of these restaurants. Also please recommend any good and MUST TRY restaurants (dine-in ok) – near Heights, downtown, memorials or museum district would be great!
