HRW best value?

I'm from Houston, but I currently live out in Central Texas. I want to drive into Houston with my wife and take her to a nice restaurant. Which restaurant participating in HRW would give me the most bang for my buck? Like, which one is the best/most expensive/most exclusive that'd be difficult for me to eat at except they're doing HRW so I have a shot at getting a table and won't have to drop a ton for the bill? I'm open to all to all types of cuisines.
