HPD officer Justin Webb arrested and charged for Possession of Child Pornography

On March 15, 2022, Houston Police Officer Justin Weber, 29, was arrested and charged in the 248th State District Court with Possession of Child Pornography following a two-month long investigation. Weber is relieved of Duty.
The Houston Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) received information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) on January 7, 2022, regarding allegations of Possession of Child Pornography. Investigators assigned to the ICAC immediately opened an investigation into these allegations.
HPD's Internal Affairs Division is conducting an administrative investigation. Weber, assigned to the Air Support Division, was sword in as an officer in December 2016.
Due to the ongoing criminal investigation, the Houston Police Department will not comment further at this time.
