How’s traffic at IAH right now?

I have a flight at 5:20PM on Friday and I was wondering how early I should get off work and head to the airport. My workplace is about 45min away from IAH. I heard traffic was a nightmare over the summer. I’m think about taking off at 2:30PM, would that give me enough time?
