How’s the traffic for pick-up at IAH now?

I've dealt with the construction pick-up and sat in line for nearing 2 hours. I have a girlfriend coming into Terminal A tonight about 4pm ish.

Any recent reports on how the traffic has been? Any shortcuts or places to pick up?
