How’s the Remington Ranch Subdivision (crime wise and Amenities such as parks and restaurants)

New to Houston saw this subdivision with a lot of recently built homes with fairly cheap prices I know it's near the notorious Greenspoint. Is this a subdivision with monthly shoot outs and armed robberies. (Looks very nice but looks can be deceiving)
