how’s the job market rn ?

hi everyone ,

i am currently a senior in college and graduating in May of 2023. I’m studying Human Resources. I have been applying for job and internships for the next semester (it’s a requirement for my class) from left to right , haven’t had much luck. It’s either i get ghosted or interview then no follow ups , or straight up get rejected. it can be discouraging as i been applying everywhere from linkedin to indeed and glassdoor just any job portals since August…. anyone has some advice ? I have fixed my resume and cover letter several times. How’s the job market rn for HR related positions? Any advice or encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
