Howard Hughes Corp. to pay $116.5M to repair construction defects at Honolulu condo development
The Woodlands-based Howard Hughes said that it entered into a settlement agreement with the Waiea homeowners’ association that will require the company to pay a total of $116.5 million to cover the cost of the repairs.
