Howard Hughes Corp. to build first apartments near Bridgeland’s planned ‘urban hub’

Starling at Bridgeland, as the project will be known, will be the first multifamily development in Bridgeland Central, the 900-acre, mixed-use “urban hub” Howard Hughes Corp. has planned for the heart of the community.
