How would you filter a rural properties realtor with the most experience/influence?

I am trying to find an experienced realtor operating in rural areas (say, Fort Bend), with many years of practice, influence, etc. There are many "rookies" these days, that I am trying to avoid.

How would you find one? Would you use the har.com network for that? How would you search for one?

So far I could only think of counting how many properties on sale each realtor has on har.com. Which probably means that they have a wide practice/experience in this area.
