How will the rule changes impact the Astros and free agency?

With the banning of shifts will a more athletic 1B be incredibly valuable? If all infielders must stay on dirt wouldn’t it be nice to have a player with SS range over at 1B now?

I know that Yuli has been described as a guy who could “play middle infield” in the past but what about now? We are a defensive first team (Maldy is prime example) If we can jump the new rules early it could play out nicely this upcoming season.
