How To: Texans SB LIX Champions

I'm posting this on reddit and I'm absolutely sipping the Kool-Aid, so I doubt this is all viable, while some of it probably is. But I think the Texans could be in the SB this year and win it with the right pieces.

Concept is simple: Follow the Rams model of the last several years…but do it better. Doing it better isn't as hard because what they needed to get, we don't need: QB. So financial flexibility is much greater. Crux of the concept is trading away future picks for getting the pieces now.

FA
Re-sign Singletary
Sign Barkley
Sign Chris Jones
Sign High End Edge Rusher (best for the $$)
Sign another inside DL
Sign Queen (might be too far out of reach) or another LB to "lead" the DEF
Sign a top CB/DB

Draft
Trade whatever it takes to NE to get the #3 pick and select Marvin Harrison Jr. CJ/Nico/Tank/MHJr/Schultz/Barkley/Singletary equals the best group of offensive skill position players in the NFL. PERIODT.
Use the rest of the draft to fill holes on DEF and get more OL support.

With the amount of cap space we have AND some financial magic…I don't think this is too far out of reach. But in all honesty…I'm a keyboard GM and not doing the real thing.
