How to make the garden sammie from local foods?

Im literally obsessed with the sandwich but obviously don't want to eat out multiple times a week there. If anyone can help me figure out the details of the recipe (especially anyone who has worked there!) Id appreciate it!

I know what the basic ingredients are (tomatoes, brussels, etc) but does anyone know what the curried cauliflower is seasoned in, and how is the cauliflower and brussels sprouts cooked? Is there a sauce on the sandwich and what is it?
