How to keep a toddler entertained during a pandemic

Outside of fun things to do around the house, where can we go? What can we do? My child was born just before the pandemic began, and while I'm not ready to start taking him to crowded indoor events (arcade, race car tracks, etc) is there anything mentally stimulating we can do as a family while being careful?
