How to get into tennis?

Hey y'all,

I live inside the loop, and want to get into/learn to play tennis. I don't have access to a court currently, and can't afford private lessons or anything like that.

What is the best way to get into the sport for someone like me? Are there inexpensive clubs or courts (outside would be cool, esp in these covid times) that are easy to join? I'd love to just start by playing some pickup with some folks, and go from there.
