How to get a restraining order in Montgomery County

Is anyone familiar on how to get the process of a restraining order started? I’ve been calling around and so far I haven’t gotten any help really. I’ve also been trying to see how or where to get application forms from for a restraining order. The restraining order is for a non-family member.
