How to find apartments with mainly old people

Hi everyone, i’m in my mid twenties living off of Washington Ave, and i’m so tired of living by inconsiderate people in my age group. When I try to go to bed at 1am on a weekend I have to drown out super bass boosted music vibrating through my walls. There’s pool parties at my complex every day in the summer and it’s really hard to enjoy any peace and quiet ever. The only reason I chose to live in this area was the very close proximity to Memorial Park. Could anyone give me any apartments to look at where they’re mainly filled with quiet old people? I’ve tried asking leasing agents about if older people live at their complexes but of course that’s against fair housing laws for them to tell me demographics. If anyone has any additional advice about how to really scope out the vibes of a place before you sign a lease, that would also be greatly appreciated.
