How to deal with loud neighbors?

I live in an apartment in Midtown/Montrose. Recently, new tenant moved into upstairs and it’s a nightmare every weekend night.

They blast music from 10pm-5am almost every Saturday and sing super loud plus never ending stomping. I notified the leasing office and even wrote a note to the neighbors but seems like nothing is working.

Anyone have advice on how to deal with this, calling the police or I might break the lease and move?
