How to be good in 2-3 years (playoffs good)

First off I'm ready for all the downvotes and the hate this post will get but oh well I hope it happens anyways.

To start, I'm in favor of firing Culley and TK immediately as the season ends. Then get rid of D4 for draft capital asap. Then I'd bring in a coach who's proven they can scheme an excellent balance of the run and pass game, a reliable play caller, and has done so for multiple seasons. That person is Kellen Moore. He would be my HC of choice and as for the rest of the staff, we will replace, add to and remove coaches as we see fit. Draft time rolls around and no matter what this sub says, I still want Matt Corral. If I need to trade down I will. Here's the nice part though, we could still get Hutchinson/Kayvon/Stingley or whoever and Corral if we get a good spot from our D4 trade. With the rest of that draft and F/A I'd hope to build that line because hot take, I'm also trying to trade Tunsil for a first. The contract is abysmal and the run blocking just ain't it. So now I also need another veteran QB who's going to be better than Tyrod at running my system for Corral to learn behind until he wins the starting job. That can be pretty much any average QB. In addition, this off season I'm trying to re-sign key players like King and Malik Collins. I'm dumping bad contracts like DJ's and making room to find a young safety and/or corner. Ok so the defense may take a hit for a season but next draft you can go heavy on defense. Now by the 2023 season, you have a young franchise worthy QB already ready to play, a good coaching staff, young talent filled defense, rising offensive weapons in Collins, Brevin Jordan and whoever else you draft and not to mention a plethora of cap space is likely. And then you're right back in playoff contention.
