How to avoid blackouts?

I live a few hours from H-Town (sadly) so I get blackouts and can’t watch the Stros. Anyone know anyway around this!?!? It makes me wanna cry I can’t watch any games and even paying and still can’t see them. I have cable only way I can see them is if they play the rangers or are aired on national TV…
