How reliable is the owner information provided by the Harris County Appraisal District website? (i.e. mailing addresses and LLC ownership)

I've been using the Harris County Appraisal District for property owner information, but I'm curious about its accuracy. While it seems reliable there is missing ownership data that just says "Current Owner" for the LLC for a bunch of addresses? And also some LLCs/mailing addresses seem inaccurate?
