How quickly are houses selling in Houston?

Hey everyone. To make a long story short, after a year long legal battle with my dad's ex wife, my house (well, majority owner) is finally for sale.

We came to a settlement agreement that states I keep 2/3 of the equity, she keeps 1/3 and chooses selling price and realtor. We're not on talking terms to where I can ask specifics about what she has in mind, but I do have a question for you realtors/everyone who has sold a house recently.

How quickly are houses selling right now? I've had 2 friends tell me their house sold over the weekend, whereas another friend told me it took 3 months to sell his house. Just wanted to kind of gauge how quickly I should expect this house to sell. Linked here is the house, for if anyone is curious. Thank you.
