How much is your flood/content flood premiums?

Called geico as i get renters through them and a $20k content coverage policy with $2k deductible is a $377 premium. Had to check the FEMA map and my address shows up as Zone AE so that may have something to do with it? Kinda new to Houston so dont know how much i should be paying for content flood insurance (renting a townhome) so trying to get a gauge on it.
