How much has this coaching search shaken your confidence in Caserio?

Have been kicking this one around for the last 48 hours or so and still not sure where I land, curious what the rest of the fanbase thinks. I was really liking Caserio's work to date but to botch a second consecutive coaching search has me a little leery of him headed into the draft. Much respect to Lovie and don't mind the hire but I still cannot believe we went about this whole process in such an incompetent way.
