How much for "nice" 1 bedroom in Montrose?

I'm moving from Austin to Houston soon (next 3 or 4 months) and looking to live in the Montrose area. In Austin, I have a roommate, and we each pay $1400 after all fees (parking, trash, random stuff) for what I consider a nice apartment in a good-but-not-downtown location (built in 2020, quick service and repairs, attached covered garage, updated fixtures, good gym, etc)

Would it be possible to pay around $1600 (AFTER all fees) for something similar but a 1 bedroom in the Montrose area, or is that wishful thinking and I should expect a less new/nice place? And either way, does anyone have any recommendations or warnings for specific complexes?
