How much are y’all paying for home improvement projects?

Will be closing on a home soon, and I’m looking at updating the kitchen. It’s going to be limited to updating the counters (from laminate to quartz or granite), updating the backsplash, updating the light fixtures and replacing the dishwasher.

Curious how much those that have undertaken similar projects have ended up paying for materials and installation labor?
